All three Remington College campuses in Houston are again offering complimentary back-to-school haircuts for children this summer. The event is called Cuts for Kids and will begin the second week in August and run for two weeks.
Last year, Remington College provided a total 3,312 haircuts across the country through its Cuts for Kids program.
Parents can bring in children ages 17 and under for a complimentary haircut provided by instructors and students in the Remington College cosmetology program.
"Back to school expenses can really add up, especially during these tough economic times," said Lashundia Brooks, Remington College-Houston Campus President. "Cuts for Kids is a way for us to help parents save some money and help kids look and feel their best when they go back to school."
In the Greenspoint area: Cuts for Kids runs from Monday, August 8 through Saturday, August 20. Parents can make appointments by calling 281-885-4490.
In the Westchase area: Cuts for Kids runs from Monday, August 8 through Friday, August 19. Parents can make appointments by calling 281-597-1000.
