Now that summer is officially behind us, we can all look forward to the brisk days and cool nights of autumn. Here in the South, this is one of the best times of the year, filled with plenty of outdoor walks, picnics and fun. But for some of us, the fall season is already incredibly cold, thus limiting our time outdoors and also our amount of daily exercise.

Personally, I try my best to make daily "play dates" at the park with my daughter and give my all while I'm at them.
