Recently, Michael and I took Riley to visit the Texas A&M University campus for the first time, since we're both alumni and met each other while attending college. As you can see from this picture, Riley was less than enthused!
I'm a former 7th grade Science teacher turned stay-at-home mom that lives in Houston, Texas. I am married to my college sweetheart and have a beautiful daughter named Riley, who definitely keeps me on my toes! I am also involved in starting a small business which would both manufacture and sell an invention that I've patented, called Toothpaste 2 Go. I love interacting with my readers and hope to learn as much about you as you learn about me!

Hey! We have several things in common! I was in The Woodlands for 25 years–raised my kids there (my son did his undergrad at UofH and is now at UTMB Galveston.) I also did my grad work at A&M (years ago!) I also taught 7th grade–I was in Montessori, so my class was actually 6th-9th.

Hi Mary Beth,
Wow! What a small world! Okay, so if our parallel lives hold true, then that means my daughter will be attending U of H and then UTMB Galveston in the future. That would be awesome!
Have a wonderful day and thanks for stopping by today!

She is cute! My kids always want to go see where I go to school, then when I tell them I will take them and show them they are not so interested anymore.
My WW is a tea party if you’d like to stop by, http://proverbs-31-wife.blogspot.com/2011/10/wordless-wednesday-tea-party-time-linky.html
