B. ToysI love supplying toys for Riley which help foster her creative thinking skills and spark her imagination.  Building toys are a definite favorite of hers, but as she gets older, I notice that she's preferring things that are more and more girly, like dolls and jewelry.

B. Toys is a company that prides itself on inspiring individuality and creativity, as well as being good stewards of our planet.  They've designed two toys for both boys and girls which will keep your children's minds plotting and scheming for hours...in a good way!  Keep reading to learn more!

I reviewed the following from B. Toys:

B. Spinaroos which retail for $34.99 with FREE SHIPPING

B. Pop-Arty! which retails for $19.99, but is currently on sale for $18.95 with FREE SHIPPING

I had the chance to review two of B. Toys best selling toys, the B. Spinaroos bristle blocks and the B. Pop-Arty! jewelry beads.  Both of these toys spark a child's imagination to go into overload and provide endless hours of entertainment.  What's more, B. Toys has went to great lengths to provide minimal packaging and what packaging is provided is oftentimes easily reusable and 100% recyclable.  Now that's smart thinking!

I was super excited when I happened upon the B. Toys B. Spinaroos set.  These reminded me of the classic bristle blocks I used to play with as a child...except of course, that they are now MUCH cooler!  This 75-piece set is designed for children ages 2 to 6 years old and even comes in its own translucent storage bin, which was definitely appreciated by an organizational junkie like myself.

B. Toys updated the traditional bristle blocks by including interesting faces, twisty bases and using modern colors on the blocks themselves.  Now, not only can you make bristle people, they can move too!  My daughter couldn't get enough of this wonderful toy and the chunky, soft pieces made them easy for her to hold.  Seeing Riley enjoying this toy definitely brought me back to my old bristle blocks days and I love sharing memories with her like that.

Next up, was the B. Pop-Arty! jewelry beads set.  Riley was beside herself with glee when all of the beautifully patterned pop beads came spilling out of their storage container.  She immediately began popping these beads together with delight and making necklaces, bracelets and rings for me, her and all of her stuffed animals.

The B. Pop-Arty! set contains a whopping 500 pieces, including 12 rings and 6 bracelets...enough for a small party!  It's designed for children ages 4 to 10 years old, though I would recommend it for even younger children as long as they had close adult supervision to make sure they didn't put any of the beads in their mouths.  Riley definitely had to work on her hand-eye coordination while trying to line up and pop the jewelry beads together.

The only downside to this toy is that sometimes the beads could be quite difficult to snap together.  I'm sure that's because the beads were new and the holes weren't really broken in yet, but Riley had to ask me for help a few times to get her masterpieces snapped together properly.  At first, I thought this could be because Riley's only 3 years old, but then, even I had a difficult time snapping a few of these together.

If your child needs an enjoyable way to get those creative juices going, then by all means, make sure to shop the wide variety of thoughtful and unique toys from B. Toys.  I highly recommend both the B. Spinaroos and B. Pop-Arty! toys for your child and know that they will provide countless hours of imaginative play!
