Nonni's Biscotti What do you do to unwind and relax during those hectic and stressful times of the day?  For me, my special "mom time" comes when Riley is taking a nap.  Sometimes, while trying to catch up on a million odds and ends I need to do while she's resting, I just force myself to sit down and enjoy a hot, steaming cup of coffee.  That small break in my day (and an extra zing of caffeine) helps me recharge my batteries so that I can tackle my to-do list with more zest than before.

A cup of coffee is great on its own, but what really makes it stellar in my book, is pairing it with a decadent dessert.  The first time I discovered the yumminess of a biscotti cookie was while visiting a local coffee shop in college.  I couldn't believe how delicious biscotti were and have been hooked on them ever since.

Nonni's, the original biscotti maker, has introduced a brand new, snack-size way to enjoy biscotti anytime, anywhere with Biscotti Bites.  I had the chance to incorporate three delicious flavors of Biscotti Bites into my afternoon mom time. Keep reading to learn more!

Nonni's Biscotti Bites

Nonni's Biscotti Bites are an all-natural snack perfect for a special occasion or just as an everyday treat.  Their small size makes them great for sharing or for eating on the go.  They are also the ideal companion to enhance any beverage, from a glass of wine, to a cup of coffee or a tumbler of ice-cold milk.

Nonni's is the most popular-selling biscotti brand on the market today and the only one sold coast to coast.  All of their biscotti is made with real eggs, butter and gourmet bittersweet chocolate for a light, crunchy, and delicately sweet flavor.

My Nonni's Biscotti MomentThree Flavors of Biscotti Bites:

  • Almond dark Chocolate is a classic almond biscotti dipped in gourmet dark chocolate; a modern tradition combining the delicate flavors of biscotti with the rich taste of the finest chocolate.
  • Caramel Milk Chocolate is light, filled with sweet creamy caramel and dipped in gourmet milk chocolate; an indulgent combination that is irresistible.
  • Classic Almond is crisp and crunchy, with the sweet flavor of almonds and just a hint of anise.  This classic bite-‐size creation is rich in Tuscan tradition and is an excellent complement to a cup of coffee, espresso, or wine.

I loved the light, crunchy flavor of the Caramel Milk Chocolate Biscotti Bites the best, for I'm a sucker for milk chocolate. These cookies were the perfect compliment to my cup of joe and definitely made my afternoon break much more enjoyable.  I also appreciated the fact that 3 of these cookies contained only 110 calories and 4 grams of fat, so that I was adding to my enjoyment and not my waistline.

Take a Biscotti Moment with Nonni's Biscotti Bites for yourself and you just might win the grand prize trip for 2 to Hollywood or a weekly prize of a Nonni's Biscotti's Gift Basket.  GOOD LUCK!  :luck:
