If there's one thing I've learned since being a blogger, it's that networking and meeting new gals is just as important as the posts you write. What fun would blogging be if you never met anyone interesting who reads your posts and who you enjoy following as well? I have made so many friends out there in the blogosphere who help pick me up when I'm having a rough day, lend a sympathetic ear and make me laugh all at the same time!
Well, I just found a brand new place for networking called the Diva Cafe! I have to admit that I'm a member of a great deal of networking sites, but I've never come across one as active or as fun as the Diva Cafe. Dede, the site's creator, welcomed me with open arms and made me feel right at home from the very beginning.
Since joining, I've found a huge ladies network geared for both business and friendship. This site is comprised of over 230 groups which include around 4,000 members and all of the ladies I've met so far have been very congenial and helpful.
Personally, I love the Contests and Giveaways group, which is a brand new place where I post all of the giveaways happening here on my blog. There is even a Diva Moms Magazine which has so many useful articles and tips on everything from Prenatal topics to Teens & Tweens. Of course, I also like popping in the live chat area from time to time to see what's new and what bargains my fellow shoppers have found for the day.
Finally, the Diva Cafe even hosts monthly Virtual Parties as well as Networking Conference Calls in order to help women grow their businesses. As a member, you have instant access to help plan and promote your own events or Virtual Parties too. So, if you are ready to network with a host of interesting ladies which could easily become lifelong friends, then head on over to the DivaCafe.net. I'll see you there!

I'm a former 7th grade Science teacher turned stay-at-home mom that lives in Houston, Texas. I am married to my college sweetheart and have a beautiful daughter named Riley, who definitely keeps me on my toes! I am also involved in starting a small business which would both manufacture and sell an invention that I've patented, called Toothpaste 2 Go. I love interacting with my readers and hope to learn as much about you as you learn about me!
