Fairy Tales Hair CareMy daughter has extremely long, straight hair which both her father and I love.  Unfortunately, taking care of it and can be difficult, especially in the winter.  Harsh winter weather makes hair brittle and dry, causing static, tangles and all around bad hair days.

That's why I jumped at the chance to try the new line of all natural, organic children's hair care products from Fairy Tales Hair Care.  They've developed a three-step system to keep your child's hair healthy and beautiful, even in winter.  Keep reading to learn more!

I reviewed the following hair care products from Fairy Tales Hair Care:

Conditioning Shampoo (12 oz.), which retails for $7.99

Fairy Tales Hair Care products are all made from organic, natural ingredients and are infused with plenty of herbs and pure vitamins to leave your child's hair looking and feeling its best.  Whether used together or separately, the three products I sampled are designed to restore moisture and shine to dry, brittle hair.

  • Conditioning Shampoo - This mild shampoo is loaded with Vitamins E and B.  It gently cleans hair while restoring shine and texture to brittle hair.  With its tear-free formula, it is especially great for babies and toddlers.
  • Detangling Conditioner - This daily conditioner cleans and moisturizes dry winter hair without greasy buildup and is infused with extracts of rosemary, aloe vera, cherry bark and chamomile.
  • Static Free Leave-In Detangling Spray - Winter hats and scarves make hair much more prone to static electricity.  This spray rehydrates the scalp, eliminates static and enhances luster with aloe, rose hips, sage and Vitamin B.

Once we began using the Fairy Tales Hair Care products on Riley, I noticed just how dry and dull her hair had been looking due to the winter weather conditions.  After a few baths using these products, we really noticed a difference in the shine and luster of her hair.  Of course, Riley looked forward to using the Fairy Tales products because she said that they smelled like candy (which they kind of did).  This made snuggling with her during her bedtime story even better!

Her hair was so soft, shiny and manageable, that it was definitely easier to braid and style her hair too.  Riley's hair was notorious for flyaways, which are next to impossible to braid, but I noticed that the Fairy Tales products cut down on those quite a bit.  If you'd like to improve the condition of your child's hair this winter and successfully battle the static, then I highly recommend Fairy Tales Hair Care products.
