This post brought to you by Chili’s Grill & Bar. All opinions are 100% mine.

It seems that no matter where in America you go, a Chili's restaurant is fairly close by.  I believe this family-friendly dining establishment has become so popular because it's the perfect place to celebrate almost anything.  My family loves to go out to eat there just to celebrate a weeknight without cooking and cleaning, and I have to admit that several birthdays have been commemorated there over a Platinum Presidente Margarita and a bowl of skillet queso too.

With Cinco de Mayo, college graduation ceremonies and Mother's Day all right around the corner, you have plenty of reasons to visit Chili's for a night of food and fun.  While you're there, you might be interested to know that Chili's will also be serving up something brand new...the CoronoRita!  Here in Texas, margaritas are one of the most loved alcoholic beverages and now Chili's has found a way to couple the great taste of a Corona Mexican beer with the terrific flavor of a margarita.

So what goes great with a CoronaRita?  The first thing that popped into my mind was an order of Chili's world-famous baby back ribs!  A nice, icy CoronaRita* and a sizzling steak sounds pretty tempting too.  Of course, I would probably choose to couple the new CoronaRita with some of the other Mexican fare served at Chili's, like an order of classic nachos or fire-grilled corn guacamole.  Okay, now my mouth is officially watering!

What tantalizing menu items bring you back to this restaurant again and again?  Are you planning on trying the new CoronaRita at Chili's this summer?  Make sure to leave me your thoughts (and email address) below in a comment and you just might be the lucky winner of a $25 gift certificate to Chili's!

*You must be 21 years or older to drink alcoholic beverages and as always, please remember to drink responsibly.
