Honey-Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. carrots, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Honey Spread or Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread, divided
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:

Cover carrots with 1-inch water in 10-inch nonstick skillet. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered until crisp-tender, about 8 minutes; drain. Return carrots to skillet. Add 2 tablespoons Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Honey Spread and remaining ingredients and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until carrots are tender. To serve, top with remaining tablespoon Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Honey Spread.
