CP ToysFrom as far back as I can remember, I've been a music lover.  Listening to the radio, playing a musical instrument, and even singing karaoke from time to time, have always given me plenty of enjoyment, so it's only natural that I want my daughter to share in my love for music.  So far, Riley is right on course and loves to sing and dance to absolutely every song she hears.

I've been a fan of CP Toys by Constructive Playthings for quite a while now because I love the wide variety of educational toys for kids that they offer.  Recently though, I came upon the most perfect toy for Riley which definitely inspires young children to pursue a more musical path.  It's the Electronic Grand Piano from CP Toys!  Keep reading to learn more about it and enter below for your chance to win one!

I reviewed the Electronic Grand Piano from CP Toys by Constructive Playthings, which retails for $49.99.

Electronic Grand Piano from CP Toys

CP Toys by Constructive Playthings has always been a terrific go-to for high-quality, children's educational toys that won't break the bank.  Since Riley is already proving to be quite the showman when it comes to singing and dancing in front of an audience, I thought that it was time to take her act to the next level.

The Electronic Grand Piano from CP Toys is a keyboard-style grand piano with 37-keys and a concert stool.  It is designed for children ages 3 years old and up and offers the following fun-filled features:

  • 8 instrument choices
  • 8 rhythm choices
  • 8 background music choices
  • 15 built-in demo songs
  • Record and playback feature
  • Metronome feature
  • Detachable microphone for sing-along fun

First of all, when I saw that this toy required some assembly, I immediately grabbed my toolbox and started laying out my two different screwdrivers.  Imagine my surprise then, when I discovered that all of the pieces could be snapped together quickly and easily, taking me about 3 minutes to complete!  The only time I needed to use a screwdriver was to unscrew the battery panel so that I could install 3 "AA" batteries into the Electronic Grand Piano.

Once I turned this piano toy on, I have to admit that I played with it for a solid thirty minutes!  It was so much fun to use and so easy to get started.  The grand piano lid could prop itself up in one of three positions, or be removed entirely for easier access to the piano's control board.  I loved switching back and forth between the 8 different instruments offered, which reminded me of my grandma's organ that I used to play on when I was a kid.

I was also impressed with this toy's more adult features, such as a working metronome, adjustable tempo keys and 8 rhythm choices, like disco and rock.  What's more, your budding Liberace can even record their masterpieces and play them back again and again.

I haven't given this toy to Riley yet, for I was hoping to save it for one of her big Christmas presents.  There's absolutely no doubt in my mind though that the Electronic Grand Piano from CP Toys by Constructive Playthings is going to be her favorite!  Being able to inspire her musical creativity and hopefully begin her lifelong love of music is my favorite gift.  If you have a toddler or preschooler who loves music, then I highly recommend the Electronic Grand Piano!
