Colossal Christmas Countdown: 39 Days Until Christmas!

Hasbro Games is one of the leading board game manufacturers and inventor of the "Family Game Night" idea (which I love).  My family loves playing board games, card games and any other type of game together which is why I am so familiar with all of the wonderful products Hasbro makes.  Recently, I had the opportunity to review an entire cornucopia of products from both Hasbro Games and other respected companies, such as Scotch and Arm & Hammer.  Keep reading to find out more about what I reviewed as well as what my thoughts were on each of these products!

I had never heard of the CUPONK game before but have to admit that I was intrigued mainly because it reminded me of my college days and the infamous game of beer pong that would sometimes break out.  CUPONK is a unique trick shot game for children ages 9 and up, which is actually a ton of fun!  My husband and I played this game and found it to be much harder than we thought it would be.  The object is simple:  sink your ball into the cup.

Draw a card from the deck and follow the trick shot listed there or create your own, if applicable.  The card will also tell you how many attempts you can make for each trick shot before your turn is over.  Whoever can complete three trick shots first wins the game.  I think this toy would be an excellent stocking stuffer for both the young and old alike!

If you are looking for a fun, social game for your teen or tween daughter this Christmas, then look no further than the Girl Talk Sassy Sticks game.  The goal of this game is to laugh and discuss a wide range of topics and conversation starters all located on vibrant colored sticks drawn from a cup.  These sticks all contain sentences on them with missing words.  You must roll the dice to decide what type of answer players need to come up with, such as the silliest or grossest answer.

Everyone writes down their answer and then the player whose turn it is selects the answer they like best.  That person wins a ring for that round.  Whoever has the most rings, wins the game!  I can almost hear the giggling now and think this is a wonderful gift idea for any young girl!
