Colossal Christmas Countdown: 51 Days Until Christmas!

Hand-stamped jewelry makes a wonderful personal statement as well as a memorable and original gift giving idea too!  Any time I wear a piece of personalized jewelry, I feel like a mini "designer", for I had such a large role in the way a piece ultimately looks. Joseph Allen Designs makes a wide variety of gorgeous hand-stamped jewelry in three different styles: Satin, Hammered and Mokume.  I had the great fortune to personalize and review the Large Forever Circle with Disc in Satin necklace.  Keep reading to see how my hand-stamped creation turned out!

I was so excited when I found out that I would get to pick a necklace from Joseph Allen Designs's wonderful selection of hand-stamped jewelry, for I immediately fell in love with the Large Forever Circle with Disc in Satin necklace.  This is such a simple, yet eye-catching, piece and although I thought it looked great with the family names shown on it as in the example on their site, I had a different direction I wanted to go with it.

I have a short motto that I try and live my life by, as quoted by the Buddha.  Here is the full sentiment:

One of my favorite features of the Joseph Allen Designs Large Forever Circle necklace is that it can easily hold 42 characters around the outer circle and up to 12 characters in the inner circle.  This made it possible for me to abbreviate one of my favorite quotes and wear it with me as a constant reminder.

I also couldn't believe at how fast the design arrived at my doorstep.  I received this beautiful custom piece in only a few days and it looked PERFECT!  This is now one of my favorite necklaces and it seems to go with everything I wear.  I've worn this with a nice dress as well as with t-shirts and jeans and this necklace looks fabulous every time!
