I can't get enough of pepperoni pizza, but hate how expensive and greasy it usually is. Now, you can easily prepare a yummy pepperoni pizza for dinner using Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits. Here's the recipe I use:
- 10 Pillsbury Grands! biscuits
- 1 can (8 oz) pizza sauce
- 1 package (8 oz) sliced turkey pepperoni
- 2 cups part skim shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- Flatten round biscuits. Spread 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce on each one. Put on pepperoni, sausage or whatever you want on top. Top with cheese.
- Bake until biscuits are golden brown.
