Colossal Christmas Countdown: 46 Days Until Christmas!

When I was a little girl, I can remember thinking that the coolest thing in the world was drinking my milk through a Silly Straw.  I actually believe that I could have drank myself sick if I had an unlimited supply of milk or juice and a Silly Straw!  Well, wouldn't you know it, but the days of the Silly Straw are long gone, because now there is something so much better than one swirly straw.  How about an entire drinking straw building set called Super Sipperz? I recently had the opportunity to review TWO of the 80-Piece Super Sipperz Drinking Straws sets and couldn't get over how much more imaginative and fun drinking milk, juice or punch can be now!

I was extremely impressed at how original the concept of building an entire creation out of drinking straws is!  As a former Science teacher, I would have loved to have several sets of these for my students as a fun Physics activity.  The great thing about Super Sipperz is that children are pushing their creativity and imagination to the max and are having such a great time experimenting with their new designs that they aren't even aware of how much they are learning in the process!

Each Super Sipperz set comes with 57 brightly colored, reusable drinking straws in two different sizes along with plenty of rubberized connector pieces.  Each set even has a convenient wash and carry mesh bag so that none of the parts are accidentally lost or misplaced.

My favorite piece in the Super Sipperz set has to be the pair of wacky straw glasses which are so cool to be drinking through!  Since I was sent two sets to review, my husband and I connected our two pairs of wacky glasses together and laughed out loud as we were drinking iced tea through the Super Sipperz straws.

Now, with Super Sipperz, you can turn a dreary and cold winter day into a fun and exciting building project indoors.  This is a great activity for children to work on during holiday parties and get-togethers, children's birthday parties, etc.  Combine several sets of Super Sipperz together and have one awesome play date with friends!  There is no limit to the amount of fun you'll have and this straw construction set also promotes cooperation and team-building skills too, for children both young and old.
