I love shopping for new clothes for Riley, since buying children's clothing is just so much fun! I don't know why, but the smaller the clothes, the cuter they are. For instance, aren't baby socks and shoes absolutely adorable? I also love children's clothing because all of the colors and patterns are so bright and vivid.
Some days I wish that I could still wear a pair of lime green pants and an orange shirt emblazoned with a huge cartoon lion. I guess somewhere between 5 and 35 years old that fashion statement became frowned upon!
Well, the Tea Collection is a clothing line with its finger on the pulse of fashionable fun! They have such a variety of cute clothes for the entire family, even us women. I was thrilled to have the opportunity to review three of the girl's dresses they sent over for Riley. Keep reading to see my little model in her new holiday fashions from the Tea Collection!
The first dress that was sent over was the super cute Dance Party Dress. You'll be ready for any fiesta that comes your way this holiday season, especially the dancing party kind. This dress is even in the color rumba red! There are super sparkly touches of metallic embroidery at the neck and hem as well as a gathered button neck and shirring at waist.
This dress is supposed to fall a little above the knee, but because the size we received was a little big, it looks longer than it should. I'm glad that the dress was a little big, for Riley's growing so fast, I'm sure next week it will fit!
Riley really seemed to like this dress though she did say that the accompanying bloomers and the dress itself were a little itchy. Because this dress is machine washable and 100% cotton, I'm sure it will soften up very quickly.
Next up was the adorable Wildflower Mini Dress with matching purple leggings. This square necked floral dress has a beautiful mix of wildflowers displayed all over. The square neckline definitely gives this outfit plenty of interest and I really liked its layered sleeve style too. The jersey cotton material was super soft and comfortable and would be great for a play date or birthday party. This mini dress should fall about mid-thigh, but Riley still has a little more growing to do for that to happen! Based on Riley's reaction, I'd say the Wildflower Mini Dress was her favorite!
Finally, I really fell in love with the Que Bonita Banded Dress from Tea Collection. This lovely leafy floral print was just perfect with the contrasting bands around the neckline and waistline. The delightful dolman jersey style dress (wider at the armhole, tapering to a more narrow wrist) was designed to fall above the knee and could be paired with a number of different colored leggings too.
Tea Collection has a wide variety of beautiful girl's clothes with a myriad of bright and inviting designs. All of their prints and colors coordinate together well so that it is very easy to mix and match several of their pieces to come up with many unique looks. Tea Collection is one of my favorite designers of fun, children's fashions and I'm sure they can put the perfect amount of holiday zing in your little one's wardrobe too!
Disclosure: I received the three outfits shown above from Tea Collection in order to facilitate my review. No other compensation was received. This product review is based on my own personal experiences with this item and is completely honest and objective.
