Kendall Research Systems My husband has suffered from foot and back pain for as long as I can remember.  We've always joked that it was because he has he flattest feet I've ever seen, but the daily pain he has due to the shape of his feet is no laughing matter.  His doctor has recommended that he wear arch supports in his shoes to help alleviate some of his foot pain, but he's never been able to find a pair that worked well.

Kendall GelThotics makes a superior arch support constructed from medical grade silicone which also provides ample shock absorption to help ease the pain that often comes from standing, walking or running for long periods of time.  Keep reading to learn more!

I reviewed the GelThotics Shoe Inserts from Kendall Research Systems, which retail for $59.99.

Kendall GelThotics Shoe Inserts

Kendall GelThoticsKendall Research Systems, Inc. has introduced a silicone orthotic with maximal support and shock absorbency.  The Kendall GelThotic, provides optimal therapeutic support and requires less space in the shoe than any other orthotic, thus working in almost any style of shoe.

Kendall GelThotics was sold by health practitioners in clinical settings, showing significant reductions in plantar fasciitis, forefoot issues, and more.  Carefully engineered for enhanced biomechanical efficiency, it enhances performance through all phases of the gait cycle.  In addition to enhancing performance, the GelThotic is water and moisture proof and cannot absorb microbes and odors.

Kendall GelThotics are designed to be placed under the removeable innersole.  Made from soft, "skin friendly" silicone, they will never breakdown and will make all of your shoes much more comfortable to wear.  Decades of foot pain diagnoses have produced a shoe insert that is far more effective at treating the major causes of plantar fasciitis as well as the prevention of foot pain.

Features:

  • Does not change the fit of your shoes
  • Provides the highest level of therapeutic arch support
  • Treats the widest range of foot pain complaints
  • Will not slip, bunch or breakdown
  • Washes easily with soap and water
  • Resists odor and bacteria

After wearing the Kendall GelThotics inserts for a few weeks in his dress shoes, my husband admitted that his feet and back felt much better.  He said that he definitely experienced a greater amount of support to his arches and could tell a big difference in the comfort of his feet thanks to the high shock absorption level of the GelThotics.

His only criticism is that the GelThotics would slip a bit in his dress shoes, probably because they only contained a half sole which didn't prevent the insert from sliding to the toe.  He tried wearing them in his gym shoes and didn't notice any slippage there thanks to the full sole of his shoe.

If you're on your feet a lot during the day and would like a quick and easy way to ease your aching tootsies and even reduce your back pain, then I highly recommend giving the Kendall GelThotics a try to see if they'll work for you like they did my husband!
