K'NEX I am a huge fan of building toys and discovered the K'NEX brand while I was a Science teacher. I learned right away that K'NEX sets are of the highest quality and always challenge children's imaginations. So naturally, it didn't surprise me when I learned that K'NEX has teamed up with one of the best kids' building toys of all time...Lincoln Logs!

Lincoln Logs have been delighting children for almost 100 years and this classic toy will probably be around for at least another hundred years.  Recently, I had the chance to review the Lincoln Logs White River Ranch set as well as the new Kid K'NEX Silly Monsters building set.  Keep reading to learn more!

  • 79 Lincoln Logs
  • 1 Door, 1 Door Frame
  • 1 Add-on Roof
  • 1 Gable Roof
  • 1 Flag
  • 1 Trough
  • 1 Cow Figure
  • 1 Dog Figure
  • 1 Horse Figure
  • 1 Cowboy Figure
  • 1 Hay Bale
  • Instructions

Riley absolutely loved the Lincoln Logs White River Ranch from K'NEX, for she couldn't get enough of the cowboy and horse figurines included. She literally spent over an hour playing "farm" with all of the logs and characters in this set.  I liked how open-ended the pieces were, for with a little imagination, you could build so many neat things.
