Hasbro Play-Doh One of the toys I never seemed to tire of playing with when I was a child was my Play-Doh collection!  As long as you have an active imagination, a little patience and a few neat molds and tools, a few jars of Play-Doh can keep you busy for hours.  Ever since Riley grew past the stage of putting everything she picked up directly into her mouth, she's been enamored with the wonders and fun of Play-Doh.

Now that Riley's an active preschooler, she loves anything and everything to do with the Disney Princesses.  Thankfully, Play-Doh has partnered with Disney to create several wonderful play sets where the princesses themselves take center stage.  Keep reading to find out if my daughter had as much fun with these new Play-Doh toys as I used to when I was a kid.

Play-Doh Disney Princesses Play Sets

The Play-Doh Prettiest Princess Castle allows you to put yourself in the center of the action with some of your favorite Disney characters.  Give Aurora, Belle and Cinderella makeovers that will take them from ordinary to extraordinary.  You can make tiaras, roses, glass slippers and more.  Open the castle to create a fun ballroom scene and delight in the following fun activities:

  • Create the Prince
  • Design beautiful gowns
  • Add sparkle and accessorize
  • Press out Rapunzel's hair

This play set comes complete with 6 colors of Play-Doh modeling compound as well as three Disney character figurines.  When you put a princess cutout in one of the castle’s book molds and add Play-Doh modeling compound, she comes out with a dress and accessories you've created.  One of the cans contains sparkle compound, so you can give Cinderella's tiara or Belle's gown a special sparkly beauty!

"Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let down your hair."  Now, with the Play-Doh Rapunzel Hair Designs play set, you can help Rapunzel let her hair down with style.  Fill the doll's head with Play-Doh modeling compound and press out Rapunzel's hair - then style it.  Add braids, curls and hair accessories to complete her look, and use the Play-Doh Sparkle compound to make them extra fancy.  Crown your creation with her beautiful tiara - and then you can start all over with a new style.  Your little girl can finally bring out her inner stylist with the Rapunzel Hair Designs set.

Riley had an absolute ball playing with these two Play-Doh toys and I discovered that I still had some of my old "skills" when it came to molding the Play-Doh too.  I highly recommend these sets because Riley and I both enjoyed ourselves immensely while playing with them.  These toys have a ton of possibilities for imaginative play and for under $20.00, the price just can't be beat either.  Children both young and old will love immersing themselves in the world of Disney Princesses and Play-Doh!

4.5 Star Product Review

I'm a former 7th grade Science teacher turned stay-at-home mom that lives in Houston, Texas. I am married to my college sweetheart and have a beautiful daughter named Riley, who definitely keeps me on my toes! I am also involved in starting a small business which would both manufacture and sell an invention that I've patented, called Toothpaste 2 Go. I love interacting with my readers and hope to learn as much about you as you learn about me!
