Power Brain Kids by Ilchi Lee

Power Brain Kids features colorful design and full-color photography to help keep your child interested and involved with the lessons.  Let the charming group of Power Brain youngsters demonstrate correct posture while your kids build flexibility and strength.  In addition, the brain-building exercises and games will provide hours of constructive fun for you and your child. Power Brain Kids is perfect for any teacher or parent of children ages 6-12 years old.

In twelve simple lessons, help your child:

  • Develop better concentration
  • Improve memory skills
  • Gain tools for emotional self-control
  • Activate creativity and imagination
  • Establish connection between mind and body
  • Cultivate confidence and self-discipline

If you are open to new thoughts and ways of helping your children succeed, then I highly recommend the Power Brain Kids book by Ilchi Lee.  The Brain Education (BE) method is completely new to me, yet sounds feasible in helping my child better understand and control their own brain.  The primary goal of Brain Education is to create "power brains" that are creative, peaceful and productive.  Its intention is to not only make better students but also to create happier, healthier people.

Riley, being only 3 years old, is still a little too young to utilize the teachings in this book, but I can guarantee you that once she is old enough, we will be working through the Power Brain Kids book together.  Teaching a child HOW to think as well as how to become more creative, peaceful, happier and healthier is all that I strive for when raising my own child.  The twelve easy lessons in this book seem very promising in helping my child to start her life off on the right foot!

Disclosure: I received Power Brain Kids from BEST Life Media in order to facilitate my review. No other compensation was received. This product review is based on my own personal experiences with this item and is completely honest and objective.
I'm a former 7th grade Science teacher turned stay-at-home mom that lives in Houston, Texas. I am married to my college sweetheart and have a beautiful daughter named Riley, who definitely keeps me on my toes! I am also involved in starting a small business which would both manufacture and sell an invention that I've patented, called Toothpaste 2 Go. I love interacting with my readers and hope to learn as much about you as you learn about me!
