Colossal Christmas Countdown: 15 Days Until Christmas!

This holiday season, my husband and I decided to deviate a tad from the classic Christmas ham that we normally serve to our friends and family, and opt for more of a southern Christmas alternative.  We're going to grill steaks for everyone on our new grill!  My husband can't wait to fire up the ol' pit and do some real cooking for the holidays, but of course, any grillmaster is only as good as the tools he is working with. Rosle is one of the premier brands in kitchen utensils and cookware, so I was thrilled to have the chance to review their 3-Piece Barbecue Set.  Rosle uses only the highest grade 18/10 stainless steel for creating their grilling tools because stainless steel is hygienic, neutral to flavors and odors, robust, decorative, easy-to-clean and environmentally friendly. This material can be quickly and easily kept in peak hygienic condition too.

The three pieces that were included with this set were the barbecue turner, barbecue cleaning brush and barbecue tongs.  I thought these pieces were absolutely beautiful and my husband even remarked how they looked almost too good to use!  The barbecue turner is a must-have for any serious griller, for with the perfectly slanted blade, meat can be easily and effortlessly lifted from the grill.

The Rosle 16" tongs are a wonderfully designed barbecue tool, for they are the perfect length for lifting meat from the hot grill and they can even be opened and closed with just one hand.  The upper and lower teeth are very close together to ensure a perfect grip on meat and vegetables both large and small, and the grip is extremely sensitive to any pressure applied.

The barbecue cleaning brush was especially elegant and even came complete with a replaceable brass wire brush head.  Now, when you finally wear down the brass bristles on this cleaning brush, simply unscrew the brush head from the handle and replace.  Your Rosle cleaning brush is as good as new again!

You can also rotate the brush head on its handle...up to four times!  This way, if you happen to wear down one side of the barbecue cleaning brush, you can keep rotating the bristles so that you wear out the entire brush head before having to replace it.  Being able to fully use the brass bristles as well as being able to replace only the brush head instead of the entire brush is good for the environment too, since it cuts down substantially on needless waste.

Because these tools are all made from stainless steel, they are extremely easy to clean and maintain.  They also all contain a hanging ring at the end of the handle, so that they can be stored quickly and are always at the ready.  With the Rosle Barbecue 3-Piece Set, you will quickly become the king or queen of the backyard grill!
