Colossal Christmas Countdown: 13 Days Until Christmas!

Riley has been fascinated with shoes for as long as I can remember.  "Shoes" was actually the very first word she spoke.  In the two years that I have been shoe shopping for her, I've come across a lot of super adorable children's shoes, but have to admit that Weboo shoes are in a class by themselves. Weboo shoes are fashioned after toys, and look as though the child has a wild and wonderful creature on their foot.  But if you think Weboo is only about making good-looking shoes, think again.  They've got a unique design which also makes them perfect for developing little feet too. Weboo is a fun and new shoe manufacturer dedicated to creating shoe and sandals designs both you and your child will love.  All Weboo shoes are molded from patented ultra-durable EXOTUFF and even hand-painted so that no two pairs of shoes are exactly alike.  Riley had the opportunity to review the Bubbles pink dog shoes and they were absolutely adorable!  These shoes were highly detailed, even containing fur markings throughout the dog's coat, beautiful blue eyes, a red wagging tongue and a multi-colored glittery finish.

What also makes Weboo shoes special, is how they nurture tiny growing feet.  This is achieved through the WeFit System which aims to simulate, as much as possible, your child going barefoot.  Pediatricians, scientists and podiatrists alike all agree that the human foot grows best when it is unconfined, yet we all know that feet need protection from the elements.

Weboo Shoes have successfully combined these two principles by allowing the foot to move freely with the mesh sock-like lining inside the shoe and protecting the foot with the hard EXOTUFF exterior.  

I thought this was a terrific concept and loved how the sock-like mesh interior lining also kept your child's feet well-ventilated and at a comfortable temperature too.  I also liked how the mesh lining contains an adjustable toggle closure on top, so that your child will receive a truly perfect fit.

Of course, Riley was the ultimate test.  As soon as she saw these shoes, she was amazed!  She thought they were toys at first and when I began to put them on her feet, she squealed.  She walked around forever just saying "woof, woof" over and over, emulating her pink doggies.  She even kept taking them over to our own dog's food and water dishes and trying to let her shoes eat and drink!

Finally, Riley really loved the little red tongues which stick out of the dogs' mouths and she just kept bending down to play with them.  These are definitely her new favorite shoes! 

If you want to see your child's face light up with excitement this Christmas, then I highly suggest having a pair of Weboo shoes under the tree!  Riley absolutely LOVES her pink "woof woof" shoes and she receives numerous remarks and compliments on them wherever we go.  Knowing that they are just what she needs as her foot grows and develops makes me love them just as much!
