ZensationWhen it comes to getting older, there's one phrase that is definitely not in my vocabulary:  "Aging Gracefully".  I plan on combating the signs of aging with all of my might and am not letting those fine lines and wrinkles appear on my face without a fight!

Of course, there are more radical ways to slow an aging face, such as through facelifts and various injectables, but Zensation has found a way to battle prematurely aging skin and fight inflammation and redness with their Super Rich Repairing Mask.  I had the opportunity to incorporate this skin care mask into my own nighttime regimen.  Keep reading to find out more about it!

I reviewed Super Rich Repairing Mask from Zensation, which retails for $75.00.

Zensation Super Rich Repairing Mask

The Zensation Super Rich Repairing Mask is a gel-like cream that closely resembles a very thick moisturizing cream.  The difference between this product and a nightly moisturizer is that the Zensation cream is only designed to be a skin care mask which must be removed after the recommended twenty minutes.  First, cleanse your face thoroughly and then scoop a generous amount of the Zensation Super Rich Repairing Mask out of its jar using the included applicator.

Smooth this repairing mask onto your face and massage it into your skin using small, circular motions.  You'll notice that the cream will absorb somewhat, but not entirely.  I liked the light floral scent it had as well as the thick, creamy consistency.  My face felt very cool and pampered during the time that I allowed this mask to do its magic.  Twenty minutes later, simply remove what remains on your skin with a tissue or soft cloth and continue with your nightly skin care regimen.

My skin felt much more soft and supple and it seemed that some of my fine lines and wrinkles didn't appear so prominently.  My face also felt more quenched and hydrated thanks to the Zensation Moisture Matrix, which serves to intensely hydrate your skin for an extended period of time.  The Shea butter ingredient yields cell regenerative properties and delays the skin aging process.

The Zensation Super Rich Repairing Mask is also loaded with the essential oil of German Chamomile which has anti-inflammatory and softening activities along with Masterwort Extract from the Swiss Alps, which is known for its wound healing properties.  It also contains lavender oil and Vitamin E and is suitable for all skin types.

  • No harmful preservatives
  • No alcohol, colorants, synthetic fragrances, mineral oil or paraben
  • Provides aromatherapy via naturally derived fragrance and essential oils
  • Fully developed and manufactured in Switzerland

I feel like I have more of a glow and youthful vitality to my skin after using this cream for just two weeks.  Speaking as a self-proclaimed skin care maven who has pretty much tried anything and everything there is to get my skin to look great, I am really impressed by the results I've seen so far from the Zensation Super Rich Repairing Mask.  I highly recommend giving this skin care treatment a try to see if it will work just as well for you too!

Do you have a nightly skin care ritual?  What kind of products do you make sure to include in it?
