Spenco Medical Polysorb Total Support Yumi Sandals for Women ~ Support and Stability in a Slip-on Sandal

This weekend, the clocks officially jumped forward an hour and that can only mean one thing...spring is here!  Once the weather warms up a bit more, you can bet that sandals and flip flops will be the only shoes on my feet for the next several months.

This is definitely the time of year for cool footwear that shows off your toes and I was very excited to discover the complete line of performance sandals from Spenco.  These sandals are guaranteed to provide your tootsies the optimal comfort and support they need with every step you take this season.  Keep reading to learn more!

I reviewed the Polysorb Total Support Yumi Sandals in Chocolate/Mineral Blue from Spenco Medical Corporation, which retail for $49.99 with FREE SHIPPING.

Spenco PolySorb Total Support Sandals combine the support and stability of their best-selling insole with the comfort and simplicity of a slip-on sandal.  Great for after sports, training or just kicking back indoors or out.  Unlike some other slip-ons, Spenco Sandals are designed with orthotic-quality arch and heel support.  Superior impact cushioning and motion control helps reduce pronation and supination—common problems associated with flat, slab-style sandals. Available in a range of sizes for men and women, and three styles.

From the first moment I slid these sandals on, I could tell a real difference in the Spenco Yumi Sandals as compared to any other slip-on sandal I've worn before.  Most flip flops I've owned in the past were made of a flat piece of material for the sole and a thong portion of some sort attached on top.  Wearing the Yumi Sandals though were more like wearing a pair of typical closed-toe shoes, for the footbed is actually composed of the best-selling Total Support insole.

This insole cradles your feet in many ways, providing orthotic-quality arch and heel support.  The deep heel cup helps align the foot properly while the medial, lateral and metatarsal arches are stabilized in the center of the shoe.  These sandals are composed of two layers: the top layer which naturally conforms to your foot shape over time making these shoes even more comfortable the longer you wear them, and the bottom layer which gives lasting shock absorption for years to come.

I really enjoyed sporting the Spenco Yumi Sandals around my house and can't wait to pair them with most all of my summer outfits this year.  The chocolate brown color will blend in seamlessly while the shocking mineral blue piping provides just the right "kick" to get them noticed!

If you're in the market for a pair of sandals designed with comfort and style in mind for all of your summer adventures, then I highly recommend the Spenco Polysorb Total Support Yumi Sandals.  Your feet will definitely thank you for them!

  • Thanks for the review. They look like something to wear where I live in the summer for sure!

  • The sandals are great! If you don't like ordering on-line you can call 1 888 992-3683 x 251 to speak to a person at Texas Insoles.

  • These are comfortable, but if you fall outside their extremely short size range you'll be extremely disappointed. Most places I've seen them assume women's feet only exist in sizes 6-10.
