Ease Your Holiday Travel Headaches with Toothpaste 2 Go and Save Time and Money

MCM Inventions, Inc. - Home of Toothpaste 2 GoIn the next few weeks, we'll be entering into the craziest travel season of the year.  Did you know that there are roughly 10 million airline flights in the U.S. alone?  And a large percentage of that number comes from holiday travel.  Everyone wants to reconnect with family and friends around the holidays which means that most of us will take to the skies or the roads to get back home.

Unfortunately, if you're traveling by air, you must comply with the TSA regulations concerning liquids for carry-on luggage and/or costly baggage fees for checked luggage.  While there's always been a way to make travel size toiletries for shampoo, conditioner, lotions, creams and gels, there hasn't been a way to make your own travel sized toothpaste from a full size tube...until now!

The Toothpaste 2 Go Travel Toothpaste Refill System retails for just $7.99.

Holiday Travel Tip: Use Toothpaste 2 Go to Make Your Own Travel Toothpaste and Save

You might not realize just how costly those little tubes of travel sized toothpaste are, until you actually do the math.  Since 70% of Americans use either Colgate or Crest toothpaste, I wanted to give a cost breakdown for a popular variety of each found in both full-size and travel-size tubes:  Walmart served as the source for my pricing information.

Colgate Total Advanced Toothpaste

Full Size Tubes (Value 2-Pack)

 Colgate Total Advanced Value 2-Pack

Travel Size Tube

Colgate Total Advanced Travel Toothpaste

Cost: $5.97 for 11.6 oz. Cost: $0.97 for 0.75 oz.

Cost per ounce: $0.51

Cost per ounce: $1.29

There are 15.46 travel sized tubes of toothpaste in the full size value 2-pack.

Price comparison:  $5.97 versus $15.00 for the EXACT SAME AMOUNT OF TOOTHPASTE

Crest Pro Health Toothpaste

Full Size Tubes (Value 2-Pack)

Crest Pro Health Value 2-Pack

Travel Size Tube

Crest Pro-Health Travel Toothpaste

Cost: $5.97 for 12 oz. Cost: $0.97 for 0.85 oz.

Cost per ounce: $0.49

Cost per ounce: $1.14

There are 14.11 travel sized tubes of toothpaste in the full size value 2-pack.

Price comparison:  $5.97 versus $13.68 for the EXACT SAME AMOUNT OF TOOTHPASTE

As you can see, you are paying an exorbitant amount of money for the convenience of getting your toothpaste in a travel-sized tube versus a full-size tube.  All of those extra tubes are also contributing much more waste into our already overfilled landfills.

Holiday Travel with Toothpaste 2 Go

With Toothpaste 2 Go, it's never been easier to make your own travel sized toothpaste from ANY full-size threaded toothpaste tube.  Are you frustrated that the toothpaste you regularly use doesn't come in a travel size, forcing you to compromise what you prefer to use while traveling?  Those days are a thing of the past with Toothpaste 2 Go!  Since Toothpaste 2 Go is compatible with any full-size threaded toothpaste tube, you can rest assured that the travel size toothpaste you want is within easy reach.

Both the Toothpaste 2 Go refill adapter and travel size tube are completely top-rack dishwasher safe and BPA-free too.

Holiday travel doesn't have to be a headache!  With Toothpaste 2 Go, you can save money on both baggage fees and expensive travel toothpaste, save a special trip to the store before packing and save unnecessary waste from entering our landfills.  It's also a terrific stocking stuffer or gift for your favorite co-worker!
