Dr. Scholl’s Custom Fit Orthotic Inserts For All-Day Comfort

One of the little things I like to tease my husband about now and again is how flat his feet are...especially when we go to the pool.  Once his feet get wet and he starts to walk around the pool, we both look back and laugh at the WHOLE footprint that gets left behind, instead of the half footprint most folks leave.

While this is a funny thing between us, unfortunately it is also a source of pain and discomfort for my husband.  Anytime that he must stand on a hard, flat surface for an extended amount of time, his lower back, knees and feet begin to ache.  He's tried numerous different inserts and arch supports designed to provide relief, but they have never completely alleviated the pain.

This is why I was so excited to review the new Dr. Scholl's Custom Fit Orthotic Inserts for him.  Did they work?  Keep reading to find out!

The Custom Fit Orthotic Inserts from Dr. Scholl's is a four-layer shoe insert which utilizes FootMapping Technology in order to give you a precise and accurate fitting product.  It easily fits in most shoes including casual shoes, dress shoes, sneakers and work shoes and helps provide immediate and all-day comfort to tired, achy feet.

These orthotic inserts have been specially tested by podiatrists and include a CRADLEFLEX system to uniquely support and stabilize your arch.  The best thing is that measuring yourself for a pair of Dr. Scholl's Custom Fit Orthotic Inserts has never been easier, for you don't have to travel to some exclusive shoe store or out-of-the-way doctor's office.

The Dr. Scholl's Custom Fit Kiosk is located at most Wal-Mart and CVS stores that you visit anyway.  For instance, my husband and I visited the Wal-Mart right around the corner from our home and found a Dr. Scholl's Kiosk there.

The kiosk is super easy to use and it takes only a few minutes to receive your custom results.  Basically, the insert you need is based on three factors: your foot size, your arch type and your weight.  It was determined that my husband needed a pair of the CF-340 insert.  We grabbed a package from the kiosk and he immediately went home to put them in his dress shoes.

Over the next few days, my husband constantly remarked at how much better his feet felt and that his back pain had decreased substantially.  He said that he could definitely feel a difference very soon after putting his shoes on.  The only downside he mentioned was that sometimes the inserts slid around in his shoes a little.

You see, they don't fit the length of your foot and your toes will hang off the edge of the insert.  I think that this is why the insert may slide a bit inside your shoe.  Other than that, my husband couldn't be happier with his new Custom Fit Orthotic Inserts from Dr. Scholl's.  They've managed to provide some much needed comfort and relief to his cute (and flat) feet!  :)
