I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting (#MC) for MedImmune. I received a promotional item as a thank you for participating.

MedImmune Now that I'm a mom, I can't even begin to imagine what I'd do without my daughter.  If anything were to happen to her, I know that it would break me.  Moms form such strong bonds with their children, beginning in the womb, yet there is a silent enemy out there which threatens to break that bond and bring serious injury to your newborn.  I want to share more information with you about a potentially life-threatening risk to babies called RSV disease.

World Prematurity Day is November 17th, 2013

Sleep NumberIf there's one thing I take super seriously, it's the quality of my sleep.  As a working mom, the quantity of sleep I receive always seems to be in short supply.  At times, there's not much I can do about that, but I CAN control the quality of the sleep I receive each night.  When you're battling through a tough day on just a few hours of rest, it's essential that you've maximized how well you slept the night before.

Although I have a top quality mattress that I love sleeping on, the one thing I never seem to be happy with is the temperature at which I sleep.  My husband and I can control the ROOM's temperature easily enough with our home thermostat, but it's next to impossible to control the temperature between me and the mattress each night...or is it?

The below content is sponsored by Sanofi Pasteur’s Headfirst! Expert Advice on Lice campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting. I received a promotional item as a thank you for participating.

Unfortunately, head lice are common in elementary schools – about one out of every 100 elementary school children becomes infested.

The Headfirst! Expert Advice on Lice website aims to help you do just that. Created by head lice experts (and moms) for other moms, families and communities to learn about head lice—what they are, what they look like and how to treat them.

I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Green Works. I received a product sample to facilitate my review and promotional item as a thank you for participating.

Clorox Green WorksHaving a dog and a small child in the house definitely means that I have to step up my cleaning routine in order to keep up with them.  It also means that for the first time in my life, I've actually begun considering what is IN those cleaning products I use.  I've read so much in the past few years about how toxic common household cleaners can be, though I still want to make sure everything in my house is exceptionally clean so that my family doesn't get ill.

Clorox has found a uniquely designed way to bring you the best of both worlds...a super clean home with absolutely no harmful chemicals used in the process.  Let me introduce you to Green Works Natural All-Purpose Cleaner.
