4. Free Digital Copy of Diabetes & You Magazine

Diabetes & You is an award-winning publication offering tips and information about managing diabetes. Get your free digital subscription for the latest information on medications, weight management and more.

5. Free Diabetes Meter and Books

Liberty is offering a free glucose meter and two books on diabetes support when you complete an online form. You can also call them for the offer. Note the supplies may take up to one month for delivery.

6. Free Diabetes ID Necklace
