COMPANY'S DESCRIPTION: This makes a great pendant for a mother, grandmother, special auntie...any one who has little ones to love! "Guess How Much I Love You" is one of those books that both children and their parents hold on to and cherish. We all know that time goes by far too quickly and our infinite love for our children remains - this pendant is the perfect way to showcase that sentiment! This pendant charm set starts with a 1" thick, heavy gauged sterling silver disk that has been slightly domed. Your little loves' names will be hand stamped, letter-by-letter, along the curve of the disk using our all lowercase, handwritten font. It can hold approximately 28 characters. The look of copper and silver together is so stunning - so the next piece of this set is a 3/4" (about the size of a nickel) copper disk that is hand stamped with "love you to the moon" upon it. It, too, is slightly domed. A single, or double scrolled heart will be stamped in the center - examples of both styles are pictured here. A gorgeous and delicate, sterling silver moon and star charm adorns the top of the set and has enough of a 'window' that you can see the gorgeous heart right through it. A lovely antiqued, sterling silver bail adds a bit of luxury to this pendant. This charm set is so stunning and the tiered design allows each part of the set to stand out and be seen. MY EXPERIENCE: I have to say that I was very surprised when I received my Love You to the Moon Pendant from The Pretty Peacock.  I just couldn't believe how beautiful the box was wrapped!  If you notice in the two pictures below, the jewelry box was wrapped in a pretty burgundy tissue paper and tied with a brown piece of ribbon.  There was even a little informative card tucked inside which also thanked me for my purchase, as well as an actual peacock feather...definitely a very classy touch! When I opened the jewelry box, I was equally stunned.  The pendant was very beautiful.  The picture on the lower left shows my pendant, but I also wanted to include the picture from The Pretty Peacock's website, since my photo didn't really seem to capture how beautiful this necklace is.  I had my husband and my daughter's name engraved on the bottom, which makes this piece all the more special to me.  I love that now I can wear them both close to my heart.  All of the jewelry from The Pretty Peacock is handcrafted in Seattle and each pendant has text that is hand stamped and guaranteed to look great for a lifetime. As you can see from the pictures below, the pendant actually consists of several pieces.  First, the bottom layer is a domed, sterling silver disc which has your loved ones names engraved on it.  The only critique that I have of this necklace is that I wish the names on my pendant were just a little lower.  When you look at the pendant straight on, you can't really read either name clearly because both names are stamped a little high.  Next, there is a copper disc which has the words "Love You to the Moon" stamped on it, along with either a single scroll or double scroll heart of your choice.  I chose the double scroll heart.  Then, there is a sterling silver open, crescent moon figure which sits atop the other two discs.  When you're wearing this necklace, all three discs move around independently and help to make this one eye-catching necklace. Finally, the discs are attached with a very unique looking, sterling silver bail that glides along a sterling silver chain.  The chain is adjustable, so you can wear this necklace in a variety of lengths.
