We all know celebrities live the high life.  They can usually afford the coolest, most unique cars, clothes and jewelry.  So, what do you do when you spot a ring or bracelet on your favorite celebrity that you would just love to have?  Why check out Fantasy Jewelry Box to see if they've already made that piece at prices that regular folks can afford! During the holidays, my budget is frequently spent on extra food for holiday parties and get-togethers and of course, gifts for my family and friends.  I usually don't have the money to go out and purchase a brand new outfit for attending these Christmas parties.  So what do I do instead?  Purchase a few choice costume jewelry pieces with plenty of glitz and glamour to get noticed and jazz up my preexisting ensemble!

That's why as soon as I laid eyes on the Maisey's Chunky Red Crystal Flower Ring from Fantasy Jewelry Box, I knew that this would be a perfect way to add some instant holiday glam to my outfits this season.  Costume jewelry and big chunky rings are definitely all the rage right now and Fantasy Jewelry Box has such a large selection, that you could get lost in their online store for hours!

This ring is absolutely breathtaking online and I was anxious to receive it in person to see if the ring would look the same.  I am happy to report that it does!  This large ring is 1.5" in width and really makes a statement on your finger.  It is made from brass with a gold-tone finish and has an adjustable ring band so as to fit many different sized fingers.  I was all ready to be able to wear this ring on my ring finger, middle finger and first finger, but to my dismay, this is where I was let down.

The Maisey's ring band is WAY TOO BIG!  Now, I realize that I have smaller fingers than normal, but I wear a 6-7 sized ring on my middle and first fingers and was shocked when I put this ring on and it almost fell off!  I even tried wearing it on my thumb and the ring was STILL TOO BIG.  I don't know who this ring is designed for, but before you purchase it, I highly recommend you have at least a size 9 finger that you'd like to wear it on.

My husband wears a size 10 ring on his ring finger and I asked him to try it on.  He said that it fit comfortably and he still had plenty more room to stretch this ring's band.  To me, that is ridiculous and I'm highly disappointed that although I love this ring, I simply cannot wear it.

If you are looking for an instant way to revamp an older outfit, then I highly recommend Fantasy Jewelry Box.  They have so many unique jewelry selections that you are bound to find several things you just can't live without.  I do have to caution anyone with small fingers though about the rings they offer with adjustable bands.
