Hillshire Farm Garlic & Herb Grilled Chicken Breast

Prep Time:   5 minutes

Makes: 1 serving


  • 1    Hillshire Farm Garlic & Herb Grilled Chicken Breast
  • 1    ciabatta roll, split
  • 2    tablespoons prepared pesto
  • 2    lettuce leaves
  • 1    slice mozzarella cheese
  • 4    slices plum tomatoes


  1. Heat chicken according to package directions.
  2. Spread both sides of roll with pesto.
  3. Fill with lettuce, cheese, tomato and chicken.  Serve immediately.


Hillshire Farm Mediterranean Lemon Pepper Herb ChickenMediterranean Lemon Pepper Herb Chicken

Prep Time:   5 minutes

Makes: 1 serving


  • 1     Hillshire Farm Lemon Pepper Grilled Chicken Breast
  • 1     French bread roll, split
  • 2     tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ¼   cup baby spinach leaves
  • 2-3 slices drained roasted red bell pepper
  • 1     slice provolone cheese, cut in half


  • Heat chicken according to package directions, if desired or serve cold.
  • Spread both sides of roll with mayonnaise.
  • Fill with spinach, roasted red bell peppers, cheese and chicken.  Serve immediately.


What's great is that there are so many recipe possibilities with the Hillshire Farm Grilled Chicken Breast.  Personally, I suggest cutting the chicken breasts up into smaller pieces and then tossing them into a pot of pasta.  Add some warm rolls and a quick garden salad for a truly delightful dinner which can be made in no time!
